Dear neuron, try downloading windows live messenger,together with it they also will offer you windows live writer, windows live mail, windows live photo gallery, windows live one care family safety and many more. after a day of effort, i give up on installing it. i think i need to get some cheerleaders for motivating the software to install by itself.
